Provides Fortinet product support and consulting to end users, including configuration, testing, migrations, training, and issue resolution.
What you'll do
- Support client staff with day-to-day Fortinet product operations and develop procedures for migrations, upgrades, and updates.
- Create test plans, test features and releases, verify configurations, and implement best practices.
- Evaluate interoperability, train client staff, maintain product knowledge, and resolve or escalate issues.
