About the job
Provides on-site or dedicated consulting to help end users operate, configure, test, and troubleshoot Fortinet products and related network security systems.
What you'll do
- Support client staff with day-to-day Fortinet product operations and support; develop migration, upgrade, and update procedures and test plans.
- Verify configurations, apply best practices, and evaluate interoperability with devices that interact with Fortinet products.
- Train client staff, maintain Fortinet product competency, and resolve or escalate issues.
