About the job
Provides dedicated consulting to clients by supporting Fortinet products, planning and testing changes, validating configurations, troubleshooting issues, and transferring knowledge.
What you'll do
- Support clients with daily operation of Fortinet products; develop migration, upgrade, and update procedures and test plans.
- Verify configurations, evaluate device interoperability, and resolve or escalate issues.
- Train client staff and maintain expertise in Fortinet products and technologies.
