Provides dedicated consulting and technical support to end users for Fortinet products, including configuration, testing, migrations, troubleshooting, and staff training.
What you'll do
- Assist client staff with daily Fortinet product operation and support; verify configurations and implement best practices.
- Develop procedures and test plans for migrations, upgrades, updates, and new features; evaluate device interoperability.
- Train client staff, maintain Fortinet product expertise, and resolve or escalate issues.
