Own and optimize Fortinet’s Salesforce platform, designing scalable solutions and supporting revenue, data, automation, integrations, security, and user needs.
What you'll do
- Administer and optimize Salesforce configurations, automation, security, data governance, and reporting, with emphasis on Lead, Contact, Campaign, and Campaign Member objects.
- Configure and enhance Salesforce ARM, manage Data 360 and Agentforce permissions and migrations, and oversee integrations and platform changes.
- Design Salesforce solutions, collaborate with stakeholders and developers, and provide user support and training.
