About the job
Provides technical support for security devices and cloud deployments, troubleshooting customer networking issues and collaborating with engineering to reproduce and resolve them.
What you'll do
- Analyze customer network configurations and packet captures, then recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct real-time phone or remote support sessions and troubleshoot device, connectivity, and routing issues.
- Recreate customer issues in a lab and work with engineering to debug and verify workarounds or fixes.
