About the job
Provides customer-facing technical support for security devices and cloud deployments, troubleshooting network issues and collaborating with engineering to reproduce and resolve customer problems.
What you'll do
- Analyze customer network configurations and packet captures, recommend changes and corrective actions, and conduct remote or phone support sessions.
- Debug security-device, connectivity, and routing issues using networking knowledge across L2–L7.
- Recreate customer issues in a lab and work with engineering to debug them and verify workarounds or fixes.

- Knowledge and/or experience with TCP/IP, UDP, SSH, TLS, SSL, HTTP, HTTPS, Proxy, VLAN, Routing, content-based routing, or URL modification.
- Knowledge of the OSI model and Windows, Unix, or Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge and/or experience with internet security, including firewalls, IPSs, or Mail Security Gateways.
