What you'll do
- Design, deploy, and maintain SDLC infrastructure and services; automate and streamline operations.
- Monitor and optimize service performance and availability against SLA/SLO goals; troubleshoot incidents and service requests.
- Document operational workflows and security controls, and participate in compliance and certification audits.
