Tests Fortinet products through manual and automated testing, investigates issues, and collaborates with development teams to support product releases and improve team efficiency.
What you'll do
- Design and run test cases, document product issues, and reproduce and debug customer problems with developers.
- Develop test tools and automation scripts, and monitor and report product development risks.
- Create team documentation and training materials, support work processes, and collaborate with international teams on testing and releases.
