About the job
Designs and executes software QA for FortiSwitch products, including automated, system, network, and customer-issue testing.
What you'll do
- Create and run test plans and test cases, including functional, scaling, throughput, stress, and soak tests.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts; identify, document, track, and regress defects through resolution.
- Help diagnose and resolve customer issues, troubleshoot with customers, and document team knowledge.
