Build and lead Forus’s healthcare compliance, privacy, and AI/data-use governance programs as the company scales its healthcare platform.
What you'll do
- Own the OIG-aligned healthcare compliance program and oversee privacy and HIPAA policies, training, monitoring, and remediation.
- Lead compliance incident response, including investigations, risk and breach assessments, remediation, and trend analysis.
- Co-own AI and data-use governance, and partner with Legal, Security, Clinical, and Engineering on risk assessments, audits, and certifications.
