Build AI-powered systems and workflows that help Forus’s growth teams scale provider acquisition and operations without proportionally increasing headcount.
What you'll do
- Identify growth-team bottlenecks and decide where AI and automation can improve results.
- Build and connect systems for provider research, enrichment, scoring, routing, personalization, and sales-representative productivity.
- Take projects from prototype through rollout and training, measure impact, and refine or retire them.
Nice to have
- Experience shipping internal tools, automations, or AI-powered systems that changed how a team works.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and agents, and building integrations using code, APIs, webhooks, or automation platforms.
