About the job
Build and operate Forus’s Legal & Compliance function by creating workflows, systems, reporting, and cross-functional processes that support the company’s growth.
What you'll do
- Own Legal & Compliance operations, including the roadmap, intake and routing, operating cadence, and follow-through on initiatives.
- Optimize the CLM platform and procurement workflows; build dashboards and coordinate audits, governance, policy, training, and knowledge-management processes.
- Manage legal budgets, invoices, accruals, outside-counsel relationships, and vendor performance.
