Own and improve Forus’s provider and patient product experience, translating user and workflow needs into scalable product direction and rapidly shipped improvements.
What you'll do
- Own the provider and patient experience end-to-end, including activation, engagement, retention, satisfaction, and referrals.
- Build user relationships and feedback loops, and use metrics and research to identify problems and shape product direction.
- Lead product development from discovery through launch and iteration, partnering with design, engineering, operations, support, growth, and enterprise teams.
