Serve as a legal partner to Forus teams, advising on commercial, healthcare, privacy, and compliance matters while building scalable legal processes and supporting product and business growth.
What you'll do
- Advise on legal and compliance matters across healthcare operations, marketing, privacy, and data governance; provide day-to-day HIPAA counseling.
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and maintain related playbooks, templates, and Forus’s core platform agreements.
- Develop scalable legal guidance and AI-enabled workflows, and partner with Compliance and Security on healthcare compliance and technical controls.
