Own and execute cross-functional strategy and operations initiatives to help Forus scale its healthcare platform, improve business performance, and pursue new opportunities.
What you'll do
- Lead high-priority initiatives from problem definition through execution across growth, operations, partnerships, product, and other areas.
- Build analyses, operating systems, and decision frameworks; improve critical functions and workflows, including through AI.
- Evaluate and execute opportunities such as partnerships, products, services, and market expansion, collaborating across teams and with the CEO.
