Supports health system customers implementing and adopting an AI-powered digital pharmacy platform, from workflow discovery and configuration through training, post-launch customer success, and expansion.
What you'll do
- Guide pharmacy platform implementations, including workflow discovery, configuration, validation, training, and go-live support.
- Drive post-launch adoption through customer support, business reviews, ongoing training, and identification of expansion opportunities.
- Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering and contribute pharmacy workflow documentation, playbooks, and internal enablement.
