About the job
Own architecture and hands-on development across Foundation Health’s pharmacy platform, including patient-facing AI, EHR integrations, and systems designed to scale across health systems.
What you'll do
- Design and build scalable platform architecture, including the initial work to support expansion from a handful of health systems to hundreds.
- Develop reliable patient-facing voice and SMS AI, including evaluations, guardrails, red teaming, and pharmacist-oversight design.
- Mentor engineers, lead cross-team projects, and improve engineering practices, including the use of AI in software development.
