What you'll do
- Set and execute the manufacturing automation roadmap; design flexible assembly lines and factory layout.
- Lead deployment of robotics, foundation-model-driven automation, and autonomous material movement.
- Build and lead manufacturing and process engineering teams; own DFM/DFA, process optimization, and new product introduction.
