What you'll do
- Own the workforce lifecycle and daily operations for 50+ operators, including hiring, onboarding, certification, shift planning, and performance management.
- Manage floor quality, rig readiness, operator training, scorecards, and data-pipeline handoff with the Technical Program Manager.
- Oversee contractor timekeeping, payroll vendor coordination, floor logistics, continuous improvement, and data governance.
