Build and operate Foundry Robotics’ people systems for salaried staff and an hourly, shift-based workforce, using automation and people data to support hiring, compliance, and performance.
What you'll do
- Own onboarding, HRIS, payroll coordination, benefits, leave, immigration, and multi-state compliance.
- Configure and operate Rippling workflows, reporting, provisioning, and automated onboarding and offboarding.
- Automate recurring people processes and analyze workforce data, including attrition, retention, and span of control.
