Owns end-to-end procurement for electromechanical manufacturing programs while building supplier strategy, sourcing processes, and a defense-ready supply base.
What you'll do
- Purchase materials for builds, manage purchase orders, shortages, expedites, customer-furnished materials, and ERP purchasing data.
- Qualify suppliers, negotiate commercial agreements, track performance, address supply risks, and support supplier quality and compliance.
- Scale procurement tools and processes, support factory and production planning, and mentor future buyers and planners.
