What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end hiring for mechanical, manufacturing, process, test, and quality engineering roles; develop competency maps and train interviewers.
- Analyze talent competitors across contract manufacturing, hardware startups, aerospace, and automotive.
- Manage the technician staffing agency, including selection, rate negotiation, service standards, candidate screening, and placement outcomes.
