Manager, Business Systems

What you'll do

• Own NetSuite configuration, workflows, SuiteScript, permissions, and core business processes; build and maintain connected integrations and EDI partner workflows.
• Set the business systems roadmap, prioritize work with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain, and manage and mentor a NetSuite engineer.
• Oversee reliability and controls, including releases, monitoring, documentation, access reviews, runbooks, audit support, and standards for AI-generated code.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration and SuiteScript 2.x development.
• Daily hands-on use of AI coding agents, with judgment to validate and safely deploy AI-generated code.
• Experience designing and operating integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, an iPaaS, or custom ETL, plus strong SQL skills.
• Hands-on EDI experience; understanding of listed business processes; and experience leading, mentoring, or managing at least one technical systems worker.

Nice to have

• Experience at a hardware, manufacturing, or consumer electronics company.
• Experience with Google Cloud, data warehouses, BI platforms, MCP, AI-powered internal tools, NetSuite certifications, or financial controls and audits.

Pay

$170,000 - $190,000 USD per year (pay range; base salary range)
