Develops and improves CNC machining programs and production processes for precision metal components, including post-processing 3D-printed parts, while supporting hands-on manufacturing operations.
What you'll do
- Develop, set up, troubleshoot, and optimize CNC programs and multi-axis machining operations.
- Establish machining standards, documentation, tooling strategies, and process improvements for quality and production efficiency.
- Collaborate with machinists and engineers on workholding, automation, quality control, and production-floor support.
