Develop and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, and CNC machining workflows to scale production of high-performance metal 3D-printed parts.
What you'll do
- Design and implement scalable processes; improve fixturing, testing, and post-processing to support factory part flow.
- Build tooling, jigs, and test setups, and document process standards for reliable production.
- Identify factory bottlenecks and contribute to CNC machining workflows, including programming, setup, and optimization of multi-axis operations.
