Develop and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, and CNC machining workflows for scaling production of high-performance metal 3D-printed parts.
What you'll do
- Design and implement scalable processes; improve fixturing, test procedures, post-processing, and part flow.
- Build and iterate on tooling, jigs, and test setups, and document process standards to support production growth.
- Help identify factory bottlenecks and contribute to CNC programming, setup, and optimization of multi-axis post-processing operations.
