What you'll do
- Supervise and coach technicians, machinists, and fabricators; assign work to meet changing schedules.
- Develop, document, and refine production processes in partnership with engineering and process development teams.
- Monitor shop metrics, drive corrective actions and validated improvements, and maintain safety, quality, and equipment readiness.
