About the job
Conducts full-cycle technical recruiting to build Freeform’s software, machine learning, hardware engineering, operational, and leadership teams, while improving hiring practices and talent outreach.
What you'll do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening through interviews, debriefs, offers, and closing.
- Partner with teammates and leadership on headcount, hiring strategy, and interview feedback; maintain a strong candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Develop talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives, track recruiting metrics, and improve hiring processes.
