Build and deploy AI-driven workflows, starting with IT operations and expanding across the company, while measuring their business impact.
What you'll do
- Develop and tune AI agents and automation for IT service desk, security, networking, and infrastructure workflows.
- Identify automation opportunities across departments; create an internal AI playbook and partner with Product and Engineering on the AI platform and MCP infrastructure.
- Maintain reliable operational data, build dashboards and evaluation loops, and report outcomes such as hours saved and response-time improvements.
