AI Algo Eng - LLM/VLM Mandarin Required

What you'll do

• Build multimodal and agentic AI systems and algorithms for content understanding and decision-making.
• Contribute to model training and post-training, evaluation, reward models, and optimization pipelines.
• Translate AI research into scalable production systems and contribute to technical direction.

What they ask for

• Master’s degree or above in a relevant discipline.
• Approximately 3–5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, VLMs, multimodal foundation models, and agentic AI, with hands-on experience in prompt engineering, RAG, and model or agent evaluation.
• Strong production engineering skills and professional Mandarin communication skills.

Nice to have

• Production experience with VLMs or multimodal foundation models, or large-scale agent systems.
• Experience in recommendation, search, content understanding, trust and safety, moderation, large-scale model training, or relevant publications.
