About the job
Provides concierge clinical care to Ezra members, supporting cancer screening, communicating about medical history and results, and improving clinical workflows.
What you'll do
- Communicate with members about their medical history and screening results, and maintain medical records.
- Coordinate with radiology partners to obtain results and additional information; support member-care and Medical Team workflows.
- Collaborate on SOPs, clinical research, and operations with engineering, product, and operations teams.
