Own customer outcomes for NEXUS deployments by identifying valuable prediction use cases, defining and measuring business impact, and driving adoption.
What you'll do
- Lead customer discovery and prioritize prediction use cases based on value and feasibility; write deployment briefs with targets, data sources, baselines, KPIs, and customer owners.
- Define and validate business value, drive workflow adoption, and maintain account roadmaps for future use cases.
- Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers and share customer insights with Product, Research, and leadership; travel to customer sites 50% or more.
