Own and scale FurtherAI’s AI organization, leading the development of production AI agents, infrastructure, and customer-facing products for insurance.
What you'll do
- Lead and grow the AI organization across AI infrastructure, agent intelligence, and agentic products.
- Set technical direction for production agent systems and remain involved in coding and architecture.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain AI engineers and develop leaders as the organization scales.
