About the job
Supports stadium guest services and matchday operations by assisting guests, coordinating event staff, and helping maintain safety at TQL Stadium.
What you'll do
- Provide guest assistance and resolve stadium-related issues; help enforce rules and respond to crowd-control concerns.
- Assist with staff training, matchday preparation, staff food and access-supply distribution, and area supervision.
- Support check-in, help desk, uniforms, lost and found, and other stadium event operations.
