What you'll do
- Manage leadership meetings, decision tracking, board and investor materials, and company gatherings.
- Maintain metrics, OKR tracking, tools inventory, risk register, compliance calendar, and contract records; review standard agreements and route unusual issues to counsel.
- Lead scoped strategic projects by assessing issues, framing options, and recommending decisions.
