Build and optimize full-stack growth and monetization experiences, using experimentation and analytics to improve user and business metrics.
What you'll do
- Build onboarding flows, activation funnels, viral loops, and monetization features such as credit systems, paywalls, pricing experiments, and upgrade flows.
- Run A/B tests, improve experimentation tooling, and own growth metrics including sign-ups, activation, conversion, and retention.
- Work across frontend, backend, and analytics instrumentation with PM, design, and data partners.
