What you'll do
- Provide deskside and executive-level support across workplace devices, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and business applications.
- Maintain local site, meeting-room, and trading-floor technology; coordinate technology changes and vendor work.
- Support endpoint security and infrastructure operations, documentation, incident processes, and global technology projects.
