What you'll do
- Identify and automate workflows such as onboarding, offboarding, access management, and service delivery using API-driven systems and integrations.
- Build and maintain internal tools, infrastructure-as-code configurations, and security workflows that support least privilege and auditability.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives end-to-end and incorporate AI into operational workflows, including ticket routing, knowledge retrieval, and decision support.
