Hardware Deployment Project Manager

What you'll do

• Coordinate deployment schedules, kits, parts, shipping, site prerequisites, installations, and handoffs to Field Ops.
• Manage hardware escalations and the RMA process, including triage, failure analysis coordination, and reporting.
• Maintain BOMs and configuration records; build processes and coordinate development builds, test assets, technicians, and purchasing plans.

What they ask for

• End-to-end ownership of hardware readiness for deployments, production launches, or NPI builds.
• Experience owning BOMs and revisions, configuration and change control, inventory systems, or RMA processes.
• Ability to read assembly and part drawings and electrical schematics, understand critical-to-quality callouts, and troubleshoot hardware.
• Ability to take field escalations from initial report through resolution and keep stakeholders informed.

Nice to have

• Experience in warehouse, material handling, or forklift environments; or robotics or autonomous-vehicle deployment.
• Experience with suppliers or contract manufacturers, or with Document Control, Good Documentation Practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
