What you'll do
- Build and lead the PLM and Configuration Management function, including scalable processes and enterprise change control.
- Maintain product configuration accuracy and traceability, and integrate PLM tools with ERP and QMS systems.
- Coordinate release readiness across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and field operations, including safety, compliance, and audit requirements.

- 5+ years of leadership experience managing PLM/Configuration Management functions and enterprise engineering operations.
