Coordinates Gatik’s Dallas/Fort Worth autonomous fleet in real time, supporting route execution, operator and client communications, incident response, compliance, and reporting.
What you'll do
- Dispatch operators and vehicles, monitor routes and deliveries, and provide timely updates to operators and clients.
- Respond to inbound incidents, escalate urgent matters, and log operational communications and events.
- Track fleet activity and compliance, maintain records, and assist with shift reports and operational summaries.
