Provides onsite end-user and office IT support, maintaining devices, accounts, networking, and workplace technology at Gatik’s Santa Clara office.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and maintain computers, mobile devices, networks, printers, AV, and office infrastructure.
- Set up and manage equipment, user accounts, access, onboarding/offboarding, and IT inventory.
- Perform routine system and security checks, document issues and processes, and coordinate with vendors.
