Design and validate mechanical structures and sensor integrations for autonomous vehicles, from concept through production, while supporting prototyping and vehicle builds.
What you'll do
- Lead mechanical design and analysis, including FE analysis, tolerance stack-ups, and component calculations.
- Own mechanical assemblies and BOMs; collaborate with validation, procurement, and manufacturing on testing and production readiness.
- Build prototype vehicles and establish engineering standards and processes; mentor the mechanical engineering discipline.
