Recruit and close technical talent across hardware and software teams, partnering with engineering leaders to scale Gatik’s engineering organization.
What you'll do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing.
- Develop hiring strategies and talent pipelines for technical roles spanning software, AI/ML, robotics, infrastructure, and hardware engineering.
- Improve recruiting workflows and candidate experience while advising leadership on market insights and hiring recommendations.
