What you'll do
- Develop and deliver standardized training curricula and translate engineering material and SOPs into practical training.
- Maintain training records, competency tracking, trainer audits, and audit-ready compliance processes.
- Manage retraining and recertification, including post-incident remediation and continuous learning as systems change.
