What you'll do
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data, administer PTO, and manage I-9 documentation and compliance.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, answer routine employee questions, and conduct audits and basic workforce reporting.
- Support engagement initiatives and improve or automate HR workflows using AI and other tools.
