Helps in-house legal teams apply GC AI to improve legal workflows, measure efficiency, build prompts, and adopt AI through customer work and training.
What you'll do
- Analyze legal processes and metrics to identify efficiency gains and demonstrate ROI; design AI-powered workflow solutions with in-house legal teams.
- Draft AI prompts and curate sample prompts and outputs for prospects and customers.
- Lead workshops and training, and share customer insights with Product to inform feature development.

- 4+ years of in-house work experience; non-JD candidates with a deep understanding of in-house legal operations processes will be considered.
- Strong background in legal metrics and process optimization, including measuring KPIs/SLAs and workflow efficiency.
