Leads GC AI’s People and Talent functions, building the teams, systems, and practices needed to support the company’s growth.
What you'll do
- Set the People function’s strategy and roadmap, and lead HR operations, talent acquisition, benefits, total rewards, compliance, and employee relations.
- Partner with executives on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership coaching, and performance and compensation practices.
- Build scalable People infrastructure, including HR technology and HRIS, and identify practical applications of AI and LLMs across People workflows.
