What you'll do
- Develop coating process methods, tooling, fixtures, and production operations; assess coatability and implement design for producibility.
- Coordinate with Design Engineering and Supply Chain on coating plans, schedules, costs, risks, problem-solving, and hardware delivery.
- Manage integrated schedules and cross-functional commitments; interface with DoD customers and mentor colleagues.
